Yes! Every single bar of soap, tub of body butter, and laundry soap is handcrafted daily in our local Soap Makeries by our expert staff.
What ingredients do you use in your soaps?
We pride ourselves on using plant-based ingredients. Our products are free from harsh chemicals, detergents, and animal fats, focusing instead on high-quality oils and botanicals.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your scent! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or a refund on unused products.
Do you offer custom scents?
Absolutely. One of our favorite things is helping customers 'scent' their own products in-store. For online orders, we offer a wide variety of our most popular signature scent combinations.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We strive to minimize our environmental footprint. Most of our products are sold 'naked' without plastic wrap, and our shipping materials are recyclable whenever possible.
